Too busy to post but Kels will get mad if I don't...
Ok, so Kelsey won't really get mad at me if I don't post, but I know she likes reading posts and since she went to all the trouble of setting up a blogger thing and even writing my first post I figure I should probably make an effort to at least sort of keep up with the thing...although it WOULD be super cool if she put a little "S" on my web icon thing (she has a "K" on hers and its sweet) but hey, she has a life and making my blog thing is not a major part of that (nor would I really want it to be cuz that would mean she had too much spare time) SO anyways, basically this post is for the purpose of saying I posted recently...I don't have time to write much because I am swamped with homework-why do all professors seem to labor under the delusion that their class is the only one their students take and that if they assign 20 hours of homework with only a day in between to do it, somehow that won't be a problem for you to finish? I DO have a life, along with other classes thank you very much--and they ALL think that their class is the ONLY one that is important--hey, news flash: if I have to take the other classes, it must mean they are important too! (go figure) Anyways, I am off to write a paper on AtrialVentricular Canal Defect (aka AtrialVentricular Septal Defect) which is basically a fancy way of saying, "hey you have a hole between the top chambers of your heart and the bottom chambers of your heart" Its amazing how much more uppity and intelligent one can sound with doctor talk-I think its the latin...anyways, FOLLOWING this I had written an example of this but I accidentally hit a button and deleted that portion so I am NOT going to re-type it...BUT in other news, I had blood drawn today (which is NOT fun cuz I hate needles and blood when they directly related to being stuck into me or else drawn out, or both...) but I have to have my thyroid and blood sugar levels checked so more news on that later if anything newsworthy is found...on that note, I am off to write that blasted paper, unless someone wants to write it for me--pretty please? :-* Hope everyone is having a good night...

Roomie Randomness
So, my beloved roommate Kelsey has a) signed me up for a new blogger, apparently xanga does not count, and furthermore b) she is at this moment holding a gun to my head making me write MY first post on this site, after she wrote my first post...don't let her innocent looks fool you-she really is quite violent and demanding ;) haha, just kidding...I have just invented a new word--Nimbat, its a combo of Nimrod and Dingbat...It is a rather versatile word...and Kelsey inspired the word because sometimes she is a Nimbat--like now when we are arguing over she said, i said, you said, we said...I didn't say anything! And before I enter more ridiculousness on this blog, I am going to sign off, I have decided that I am even worse at blog posting than Kelsey claims she is, although I always think they are funny...and I am NOT paranoid about using my name online, only my full name...there are stalkers out there!! I mean, you just don't know who is out there reading your posts--especially since mine are so interesting ;) haha, ok it is late and I am tired, erego the weirdness of this post...goodnight all.
Blogger welcomes Sarah to the real world of blogging...
As I sit here trying to think of a good way to break in Sarah's new blog, all I can think about is how good this brownie trifle is. Sarah should get inclinations toward making desserts like this more often. And then soon we'll have to change the blog name to a "A Tale of Two Desserts." Actually, that's almost what I typed last night while creating the brilliant blog title. I never can remember if desert or dessert has two s's. That actually makes sense when you say it and aren't looking at it spelled out like that. There's probably some saying out there to remember which one is which, like "Dessert is so good, it deserves another S" or "Deserts lack water. They also lack S's." While I thought these were pretty cheesy, I googled it and found that there are other such cheesy ways to remember this: "Dessert is twice as good as the desert." Or "Strawberry Shortcake = deSSert and Sahara = deSert."
Enough on my favorite subject of food, it's time to get back to Sarah. Actually, she's a little paranoid of her name getting out on the internet (because apparently if someone knows your name, they are more likely to stalk you), so I'm going to change Sarah's name to Sahara for the remainder of this post for her protection.
Anyway, Sahara (it's really hard to type that when you're used to typing Sarah and they both start the same way) gave me the honors of making her first post. It's not as though she had much of a choice since I created the blog for her and gave myself admin access and all that, but it's still cool. Unfortunately for her, she did not realize that the fact that I never have anything interesting to write does not apply only to my own blog but to her blog as well. She will soon learn this fact when she reads the first post.
Well, that's about all I have to say for now. Don't worry, Sahara will soon be following up with a post of her own (hint hint, Sahara!). Until then, peace out, hasta lasagna, and catch ya on the flip side.
